Abigail Foster is a graduate of New England Law|Boston, where she received her J.D. as part of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program.  She also holds a B.A. in International Relations from State University of New York at New Paltz, where she graduated cum laude. Prior to joining Riccio and Associates, PLLC, she worked for a well-known business immigration firm where she gained experience in a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant case types. Ms. Foster will focus on matters including, but not limited to, EB-1A/B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A/B.
